No no no... how can you possibly do "Magic Bullets" without giving them a
power like:

After a successful shootin' roll, have the shooter roll again. If successful,
then the bullet radically changes direction and enters the target from a
different angle. Keep rolling until a miss occurs.  In addition to having the
potential to turn a target into swiss cheese, these relics drive ballistics
experts absolutely nuts and the results can occupy conspiracy theorists for
decades.
