Yes.

The fact that the second printing has 'Weird West' over the title leads me
to believe that at some point they'll probably come out with a specific
BotD for the Wasted West, until then it works just dandy for ladies,
gentlemen and Harrowed of all persuasions (and gaming systems...)

It is probably the only Deadlands book that is almost essential for playing
HoE.
