[HoE] DLCG 1.5 - Get It While It's Hot!

     The DLCG version 1.5 has been sent to PEG and a couple of other sites.
Right now, you can download it from the Accumulated Rulings page:

     Please note that while I have provided a smaller "update" version of
1.5 (as I have in the past), it may not work for everyone who has the
current version installed. I switched machines on this version, and
apparently the installed DLLs aren't exactly the same as they were before.
My advice is to try the "update" file first...if it doesn't work, download
the full version file. I apologize in advance to those who have to grab the
whole thing again...lousy Microsoft and their "shared file" concept! Future
versions will be fully compatible again.

     Anyway, please let me know if any problems crop up. This was definitely
the most involved update since the DLCG was created, and it's likely that a
bug or two may have crept past me.
