[HoE] Harrowed and Mutations



I have a group of Weird West players that have convinced me to run a
campaign in HoE.

I have decided to (possibly) carry one over. He is a harrowed mad scientist.
The question is what kind of things has he picked up during his long life.

I've been thinking of everything from phobias to hindrances to mutations.
And that one brought up some questions. Do Harrowed players gain mutations?

I don't remember reading it in the rulebook, but I can't assume that they
do.

What do you guys think?
