Accumulated ruling url
Listserve url
Wierd West Express url
HoE ring url
On/Off topic stuff (covered in the initial subscription 
message)
Tags - [HoE][Shane][Spoiler] - and there use
Unsubscription instructions
Contacts and details for list maintainers (your good self 
and AB)
