The Templar in my game wanted the same thing but his shield is one of the
police riot shield so I told him it would work like "cover". It would cover
all but his right arm and head, so if the attack hit any place but those two
one the "hit table" it hits the shield. I gave the Police Riot Shields a
armor of 2.
