This useful device can be attached to any gun (other than pistols), providing
the original breech and barrel are first removed.  This whole procedure
requires an Onerous (7) Trade: Weaponsmith roll, or a Hard (9) Tinkerin' roll.
The breech is fairly large, and it reduces the Range Increment by 25%.  There
is a bullet size gauge on the side of the device, which can be set to the
appropriate caliber of ammo, provided the Junker thought to include that size
as a possibility (some rare ammo types may not fit).  Changing this gauge is a
Speed 1 action.  Once changed, it will fire only ammo of the specified type
until the gauge is changed again.  Any ammo of a different size jams the gun
as it would a normal gun.  The barrel expands and contracts using a corkscrew-
like construction.
