[HoE] DLCG 1.5 ready for distribution

Greetings,

     Just wanted to let everyone know that version 1.5 of the DLCG is ready
for prime-time. As soon as I hear from PEG on who to mail it to now, I'll be
sending it their way. If anyone would like to host the files on their own
site, let me know and I'll send them out.

     Please note that while I am still including an "update only" version
along with the full package, I'm not sure that the "update only" will work
correctly in all cases. This is because I have switched development
machines, and I am not absolutely positive that all of the library files
distributed in earlier versions are the same as in this one. For those of
you who already have either the DLCG or HOECG installed, try the update
version first. If it doesn't work correctly, and did before, try the full
version.
