Well, it has a bunch of vehicles, rules for making your own, and vehicle 
combat and chase rules. It's also got stuff on creating/playing a road 
warrior type character, a lot of info on the Convoy and its interactions 
with communities around the Wasted West, and coverage of lots of road 
gangs and similar organizations.
