I kind picture it as more of a 2 diminsional area.  No real thickness, just
length and width.  Maybe let them aim high or low and then restrict them to a
certain area of the body.  Or treat it like Fightin' and add +? or -? to the
location rolls.

I was also toying with the idea of letting the Syker adjust the width down to
add more damage some (increase the TN to 9 when doing that), or spread it
wider (TN 5) which would reduce the damage some.  Increase or decrease by a
die type limited to one increment of blastin' either direction (2 x Blastin'
yards or a width of 1 yard).  This would only effect the main xd10 damage not
the 3d4.
