address my Pinnacle questions to on this list? The [Pinnacle] i am using
now, could get on people's nerves after a while. Not only that, I don't
know if it will get flagged for reading if the list is getting run
through any kind of sorting routine.
Rules questions should go up for general consumption and/or sent to
Deadlands@aol.com. I'm here to answer the BIG QUESTIONS (TM) (at least in
theory--;)).
2) In our first HoE session, we stumbled into a bit of a problem with
the Ace of Spades mutation (lucky, I know). The book reads that you can
swap an action card with any player, or the marshal, but not Jokers or
sleeve cards. The question then is, is the player allowed to see the
Marshal's action cards? If so, what is the Rad Screen for? In discussing
ways to handle combat with mooks, the books say something along the
lines of, "slap down a couple cards behind the Marshal's screen." If
not, what is the point of the mutation's ability to effect the Marshal's
cards?
In general, no, don't let the players see your cards. A guy with this special
ability obviously presents an exception, so let him peek.
