[HoE] Deadlands and related NG

I thought everyone might be interested in this as it gives 
another forum for DL related discussion.  
If everyone could spare a couple of minutes we can get a 
dedicated NG set up - no more tradingcard.misc or rpg.misc 
posting and no more non DL stuff to wade through.
