	I hate to keep coming up with this seemingly wussy answer, but I've got to
defer this question to Shane.  The power definitely seems to have been changed
from what I wrote in my manuscript.  Since I haven't seen the full published
writeup yet, rather than speculate I'll leave it to Shane to give you an
accurate answer. :)
