I don't think so. The junkers are basically mad scientists who know the truth
about where the ideas came from. They developed new ideas on how to use ghost
rock to make cool stuff. About blessed though......these should be extremly
rare in my opinion. The templars are the new equivalent for the game, and I
believe it does state in one book that blessed are rare. Maybe Jo's Journal, I
forget though. This is all just me though.
