[HoE] Other firearms questions (was SA-XM-60) [PEG]

Just out of curiosity, can you hand-make ammo for the SA-XM-60? It's
supposed to be firing steel-jacketed depleted-uranium rounds; what game
effect should result from firing 4mm lead bullets (sans propellant)? Lead is
cheap, and you can crank out a ton of 4mm rounds...

Also, the Police Pistol and SMG fires 10mm rounds. If you knock out a black
hat (killing him would make him go boom), can you take his 10mm caseless
ammo for use in your own weapons?

I've noticed that the Gunslinger archetype still describes him as packing an
HI Hellfire and HI Damnation. I assume that this is an errata, as Hellfires
aren't described in the basic book and the Gunslinger has no rifle skill.
