Need help filling in the details.

Story Idea 1
I'm working on a story filled with ideas from the Stephen King series The Dark
Tower. I have designed an arcane background for Gunslingers and a brief
history. I'm going to have one of the players be the last true Gunslinger (all
the others are dead or corrupted) and have him in search of the dark tower
that haunts his dreams. I'm thinking of making it the Sears Tower after the
Reckoners rebuilt it. Help fill in ideas for the inside here. 
I'm going to have him see it during another adventure, and then chase him off.
This story needs help too.
Story Idea 2
ComSat has been talking to a little girl who it holed up in Argonne National
Laboratory in the suburbs of Chicago. After she stops corresponding ComSat
will get nervous about her and look to see what has happened. He will spot her
being dragged in a cage by the local dead into the storm outside of Chicago.
The posse will be asked by ComSat to go in and find her. (What's inside the
Storm???? HELP) this is also where the player will spot the Dark Tower.
