Sorry about not replying, but I have to admit that I haven't gotten a chance
to look them over quite as much as I would have liked. Sadly, my junker died
before receiving your rules and I haven't had much free time to do a proper
analysis. I can say though that it looks like you did a great job and I
appreciate it.

There are a couple of places that I have found that need explanation
though...

First, The design table under "creating the device" has 6 columns, but they
aren't explained very clearly. What exactly is the Manitou column for?
Major? The text gives some vague hints, but nothing specific as to what
these mean. Same with the assembly table.

The section for the personal protection shield appears to be missing.

I can't wait for the next update, I hope you've got some stuff on armor and
shields :)

I'll try to find time to give you some more detailed feedback.
