Actually, I would disagree here.  It costs three *bounty* points to bring a
related aptitude to the same level.  Bounty points are slightly different
from character creation points, IMHO.  I would make a player pay 5 and 5; 
if he wanted to pay 5 for one skill now, and buy the other up later, that'd
be fine, though.
