The Wasted West is indeed another product. (I've heard the same
confusion before about this.) Yes, the Wasted West the original poster
asked about is this separate prouct. The main rulebook is called Deadlands:
Hell on Earth. The Wasted West part of the cover is like a descriptive
blurb or something.
The Wasted West (the setting guide, which we're all talking about) will
be a hardcover detailing the world of Deadlands: Hell On Earth. It should
probably have (if they go the route of the Quick & The Dead, the Deadlands
version of this book) more archetypes, tons of NPCs, more neat stuff for
your character, etc., etc. Hot on it's heels should be the Syker
sourcebook.
