Can anyone who has played both Fallout CRPGs tell me if the 2nd one 
is as buggy as the first?

I've got it and have been playing the fire out of mine.  No bugs yet for 
me.  But then again, the first one didn't bug on me much either.  I'll 
let you know what I find.

Love the game, though.  Love it.
