I don't believe there would be *any* soda in bottles or cans that would still
be drinkable after 13 years, even given advances in food storage. It would be
more likely that you might find a canister of syrup in some cool, dry place
that still had it's seals intact. Of course, this raises the question of how
long a canister is good for.
Or perhaps there are advances in food storage, so instead of bottles or cans
you get tablets that you drop in a glass of water. Five seconds later you
have a fizzing glass of carmel colored sugar water. Even chilled for you.
Beer tablets, anyone?
