It'll be in the Acc. Rulings, but if anybody wants a repost/or sent via
direct email (preferred) - lemme know.

But the biggest point was that there were several powers cut from the
Junkers for space reasons, and one of them was Shield - a defensive barrier
that only stopped physical damage.
