I'm sure there a much more technical way to do it, but use the monsters in the
DL rulebook as a guide.  In fact, most monsters list how tall/long they are in
the description.  So if you've got a 50-foot mojave rattler weighing in at
size 15 and a six-foot cowpoke weighing in around size 6, your 20-foot rat is
going to be somewhere between the two.
