No Steve, this guy thinks *he* is an anouk and hunts other psykers to make
them pay for their "crimes".

Here's a little tangent for ya -- how about a former IRS auditor wandering the
wasted west collecting the goverment's ah, pound of flesh?  Quote: "You
haven't paid your taxes is 13 years?  Well, with penalties and interest that
could run you an arm and a leg..."
