Correct.

Yesss.... but - everytime you take a wound, you have to roll a vigor check
to see if you are stunned.  Duggan will be far more able to take the shot
and keep on coming.  Timmy is probably down for the count on most heavy
wounds.

Roughly scaled - it's a doubling effect.  I would guess that a 20ft long
rat is a size 8, 9 or 10.
