That's a great idea.  It gives me a chance to nuke the Roanoke/Blacksburg
region.

I've always thought the Roanoke valley would make a great place for
refugees, so of course, it should take a ghost rock bomb of its own.

Virginia Tech, down in that area, also has a lot of high-tech development,
particularly in the area of sheep (sorry, couldn't resist, I *am* a Hoo
after all) so they'd be privy to a bomb as well.

SW Virginia would be a great place to send a posse who thinks themselves big
for the britches...
