[HoE] Anouks? [Shane]

    When I first read about Anouks in HoE, it was screaming to be a new 
character class.  Are there any anouks on earth in the Wasted West?  
Will there ever be rules on how to play them, or do we have to wait till 
the Summer of 2000?
