	I note your walking tank has a Sneak of 3.  :)

	My suggestions would be:

	He *can't* sneak, except maybe in a full-blown hurricane where nobody
could hear the creaking of his joints or the steam escaping from his
power-plant.
	Some part of his body (eyes, perhaps) glows, adding +4 to opponent's
shootin' rolls in night combat.

	Other than that, it looks good.
