[HoE] HOE vs Waste World

I was just wondering if someone could post a comparitive review between HOE
and Waste World, since they seem to be in somewhat the same genre.  I've
had my eye on Waste World for a while, but I'm wondering about HOE.  I
realize that I'll probably get HOE-slanted comments from this list, but
it's better than nothing.  I'm a Deadlands player, so I should be able to
understand basic rulespeak if you use it.
