Re: [HoE] Re: Where's Darius (was Throckmorton thread)
That's a cool idea. Of course, I like the Hellstromme/Harbinger idea, too.
Hehe. Imagine the fun.....
Hellstromme/Harbinger: After years of being conditioned that Hellstromme is
THE badguy, the PCs learn that he is the Harbinger, a now fully-good soul (more
or less). Can they overcome their personal hatreds?
Hellstromme/Denver: The PCs get into Denver and enter a massive factory. The
entire factory itself seems alive and tries to stop them at every turn. The
get to the main control room and they find a brain in a vat of solution
hardwired into the control system. A loudspeaker crackles to life..."Welcome
to my parlor, said the spider to the fly" comes over the loudspeaker in Dr.
Hellstromme's voice (to pull this off, you would have to cultivate a voice for
him in a game beforehand where the PCs meet him) just as the lasers in the room
turn towards them and start humming....
