[HoE] A question...or two...

I have a question for you guys.........

I know little to nothing about guns, so forgive my ignorance.

I will have one person who's playing a Harrowed that came across with
the Prospector.  The questions I have are:

1.  If he gets new guns, will his old bullets work in them?

2.  If he uses his old bullets in new guns, will it work?

3.  What are the chances that wandering around the Hunting Grounds for
200 years will diminish/destroy the potency of the powder in his
bullets?
