Nifty weapon, but 24 pounds?  Yoiks!

Junkers should have the option of decreasing material requirements in
exchange for increasing the Target Number.  What do you think?

Well, I found the part I read about the rounding up part.  It is supposed
to apply to the components required to build the thing.  Until I see where
it makes a big difference, I still would disagree and round down. 
Everything in Deadlands is rounded down and I don't say that lightly.  My
first edition Deadlands book is marked with a few passages where Shane made
a big stink about rounding down instead of how the book said to round up
(re: damage and wounds).  I suppose my logic here is based in part on
consistancy.  If the Golden Rule is to round down, then so be it.  Who am I
to argue?
