[HoE] Concentrations again (Shane)

       I just recieved my HoE and after reading it I am confused about
what aptitudes require concentrations.
        The way I understood it any aptitude in the skill section that
is a concentration list examples in italics. This includes the skills
Artillery, Speed-Load, and Shootin'. However Quick Draw, which I thought
requiered a concentration, does not list any italics skills. To add to
my confusion the HoE character sheet doesn't have space to allow for a
concentration after Artillery, Speed-Load, or Quick Draw like they do
for others such as Language, Science, and Trade.
        To further cause me problems when I look at the archetypes in
HoE the Gunslinger has Quick Draw and Speed-Load written with
concentrations, but the Law Dog has Quick Draw with no concentratiion,
the Templar has Speed- Load with no concentration, and the Old Soldier
has Artillery with no concentration.
        Shane partially answered this question once and said that
Speed-Load DOES require a concentration, but he didn't answer if Quick
Draw or Artillery require concentrations.
        What skills require concentrations?
