[HoE] Things

1) I am sure you all saw the post from Shane, but he says that Mad
Scientist can exist in HoE, but they cannot create new inventions, if they
have a lot of blueprints from before the Final War, they can continue to
build and use these. Apparently after the Great War, or more specifically,
once the Irradiated Ghost Rock Bomb was invented, the Reckoners told the
manitou to stop helping the Mad Scientist.

2) I was under the impression that the Stone that was sent back in time now
uses the name Old Pete, yes he is still Stone, but he now uses a new name.
