[haggis] If you want to encourage trading cards...

Here's an idea...

ALL of the rules remain secret until the end of the game.

Everytime a player is involved in a trade, they receive a report that says
one of three things:

"This trade increased your score by # points."

"This trade decreased your score by # points."

"This trade did not change your score."

We don't learn our absolute score or anyone else's until the end of the
game.

The only way to determine rules is by making trades. The more trades you
make the more you are likely to learn.

Everyone starts on the same footing.

This is a variant of Haggis that would actually work better in pbem than
face-to-face because a face-to-face game would require a moderator handling
all the trades.

This could be an option to the current haggis (-topsecret?).

It's independent of any other modifications to the game. It doesn't matter
how many suits or rules there are. It doesn't matter if each player has a
special rule or not. The suits used in each rule could be swapped between
players (but I'd keep the point values the same so the max score we could
each achieve is the same). It doesn't matter if we start with identical
hands or if each player has a monopoly on one suit.

The number of rules would not have to depend on the number of players.
