Thier all dieing of the same disease and the agent has a drug that can treat
the effects of the disease, but not cure it. ( mayby they were poisened and
lied too about the disease.)How bout the disease is vampirism or lycanthropy?

Have them all sent to the same prison, put collars on them that if they get too
far apart from each other thier heads blow off. (Or mayby they was all given
implants in thier heads that allow telepathic communication and the ability to
barrow skills and powers, and their all on the run from whichever goverment
wants the implants back.)

Put them on a boat and shipwreak it, or a train derailed in the wyrm territory,
or a whole town hijacked into the hunting grounds.

Thier all the last desendends of a old family that are the only ones able to
defeat the "Evil".

They are all reincarnations of some guys that imprisoned the "Evil" that is now
in danger of being released.

They are immortal, unless you take thier heads.

Roll damage with the hit roll.

Give thugs a wind rateing and dont roll for location, if the players get a
raise count it as a shot to the gizzards, two raises a head shot.

Have the players show thier cards so they can yell at whoevers turn it is
next.

Copy hexes onto index cards instead of looking them up all the time, copy out
the stats of the critters and black hat.

Don't look up rules, just make a discision or throw out a target number, if you
end up screwing over a player, just give them a extra chip.

draw one set of cards for all the bad guys, if they only get one action they go
on the first card you draw, if they get five actions they go by the highest
card for their first action.
