Well, the best thing I can come up with is to send a letter/email to dice
manufacturers Chessex and The Armoury to see if they would be willing to
come up with something.  Both of these companies have pretty unique dice
likely would leap at the chance to make something both unique and helpful. 
Plus dice collectors (like me) would buy them just to have.

I did a little research with Google and it looks like an untapped market
for the most part.  The only place I saw even offering braille dice was
MaxiAids.com and they only have pipped six siders.  Contacting them might
be a good idea too.
