If your computer runs windows 98 or later it has the inherent ability to
open up jpg and jpeg files.  You can view them in internet explorer or even
ms paint.  If not, you can get a free jpg viewer from www.download.com 
If you can view images on 99% of web pages then you can view jpg files.
