LOL.  
	I had much the same reaction. Of course, he could be a "good
guy" rail baron roughly along the lines of Union Blue or Dixie Rails. 
"Folks, this rail line is needed to unite our divided land. It's rails
will not only bring Ghost rock East, but bring order, law, peace and
progress to the West, [Mom's apple pie, Old Glory, etc. for five
minutes]"  
Slight pause while the audience digests the reaction, before all the
other rail barons, assorted manitous, monsters and Indian tribes put
aside their differences and unite ... to beat the pulp out of this
clown.  ;-)
