[DL] Red Dead Revolver on Playstation2, finally

Okay, I know I've been tootin' my own horn about this
game for almost two years now. First it was being made
by Capcom, then they stopped production, then Rockstar
Games picked it up, now... it's finally being
released.
Granted, it looks like it'll only be available for PS2
when it comes out sometime in April of this year, but
knowing Rockstar if it is succesful it will crossover
to Xbox, PC and possibly even GameCube.
A storyline for the game was released in a press
statement the other day and it sounds like your
typical revenge western, but the screenshots that have
been released show that Rockstar has really improved
the graphics and the control schemes look a little
different (simpler) as well.

Here's a link to screenshots

And here's the IGN reposrt regarding the storyline
"It begins in the late 1880s with the Clint
Eastwood-looking character, Red, a young kid living
with his family on the western frontier. After his
family strikes gold, making them rich, news of his
family's newly made fortune reaches the ears of the
rogue Mexican general, General Diego. He sends his
bandits on a mission to slaughter Red's family and to
acquire their gold.

And it happens. Red watches as his family is brutally
massacred -- his mother burned, his father shot down.
With shock and revenge on his mind, Red picks up his
dad's gun (which has fallen into the fire, therefore
burning a permanent imprint his hand), fires off a
single shot, and nails one of the bandits in the arm.
They escape and leave him with nothing. Years later,
Red begins his deadly mission of pure blood vengeance.

As previously reported over the last two years, Read
Dead Revolver is a third-person gun slinging action
game, powered with arcade-style gameplay that takes
place in the Wild West era. As a bounty hunter, red
learns how to ride, mount and dismount a horse, and
wield an arsenal of weapons from pistols and shotguns
to rifles and dynamite. There are 30 different weapons
altogether.

There is a wide scope of environments too -- towns,
prairies, saloons and more, and in all of them is a
great sense of lighting and character detail. Rays of
sunlight stream in through windows, candles and
torches correctly light interiors, and there are
impressive sunsets."
