Re: [DL]*** SPOILERS*** Not--London in the deadlands world?
I agree with everyone here, and I want to make sure that my intention of asking what was considered spoiler info has a sincere effort to make sure that info not intended to be seen by players has marked as so. (Damn, I sound like a lawyer there). I completely respect the gaming styles of others, even I don't agree with them. All styles have some validity. I do believe that info in the players sections of the books should be OK, but in some games, that's not the case. Hey, that's awesome of the GM to be able to keep the mysteries. Personally, I can't do that. I have to know Who, What, Where, When, Why, and How. That's why I'm the Marshall. Anywho, Marguerite, I do know that your Marshal is enjoying keeping the posse in the dark, and I try to mark things I think are spoilerish with that in mind. As Dane says, Game On.

I agree with the statement, "We must respect everyone's gaming style on the
list for that is the essence of courtesy." However, the second paragraph
in the "Marshal's Handbook" section of RVC states that the players should be
"encouraged" to read the first part of the book so that they will want to
track down the things that they have read about (RVC, chap 3 pg 75). How
would I have considered this a "spoiler?!" The intent of the book is that
the appropriate sections of the book be read by the players! I've been a GM
for twenty-five years -- this is not a spoiler...
