Our local semi-annual cons have every GM decide on a "winner" so they can
allow that person to pick out a prize. For RPGs, they just have the GM
decide who roleplayed best, roll a die, or something to just figure someone
out. If someone just got hosed by the dice all night, I'll usually make it
that guy :) .
