Hello; Howdy; Hi!

New guy here.  Never actually played DL, but been a fan for years and I'm 
hoping to get a campaign up this summer.

First question: is this a Marshall safe list, or do I need to beware 
spoiler-type information?

I have many, many, many, many, many questions I'll be asking.

First: can raises be used to increase damage, beyond improving hit location?
