Don't know if the Doc is anyone specific, and I don't have the screen 
myself, but if I'm right in my guess would he be the same Harrowed sawbones 
depicted on the Book o' the Dead?

Not sure if he's a character or not, though if he were I'd guess he could be 
Hank Ketchum's old adversary, The Butcher.  I found the cover of Book o' the 
Dead so inspiring I promised myself I'd put just such a character into my 
next Deadlands campaign.

bad dudes on the back of the Game Master
Screen - a Rebel Officer (what rank?)
with a broken sable and gun, and a kool
looking Doc (hehe!) I think he's on
another cover as well?
