Officially?  No real mention.
Unofficially?  Whateleys would be like cockroaches.  They would be
everywhere where they could be to further their money and their search for
power.  So, there would be a few somewhere in space.  Who knows where their
"Special Visitory" may show up and in what location.

On a side note:  If that isn't true, don't tell that to a member of my NPC's
in a LC game who may or may not be the cause of things in the town.  Of
course, he's not the one they should worry about...muhahaha.
