The Whatley's villains and NPC's have been Hucksters, Black Magicians,
Blood Mages, and there's a Mad Scientist or two.
I see no reason why they couldn't be Martial Artists (regular inbred
Whatley blood in HoE, but a round eyes Whatley being taught Martial Arts
in WW is unlikey. They'd have to be part Asian and part Whatley.)
An Anahuac Whatley should be no problem.
Hucksters and MS's are okay, so Metal Mages and Shootists should be fine.
Toxic Shamans and Doomsayer seem okay for a Whatley. Heck, the mutations
may hide their "natural" disfigurements
Junker Whately, sure.
Librarian Whateley, sure.... Arcane tomes...
Witches, absolutly.
And if you want Whatelys in space, mutes would be fine, but not anouk
shamans for obvious reasons.

The only ones I'd have problems with would be Templar, Blessed, Shamans,
and Voodooists.
I could see an Anti-Templar Whately, no problem, but I think a true
Templar Whately would have a little trouble getting powers from the
Saints, maybe taking a +2 to all TN's. Same with Blessed and Voodooists.
They've got Evil in their blood and their channeling the powers of good.
I don't recall much about Voodooists, but they may be more likely to get
Petro instead of Loa. And Shamans, whether gone native, or Half Indian, I
think the spirits would require the Whatley Shaman to fork over extra
appeasment points because of the evil in them. +2 initaly and +2 for
every Corruption Point.
