[DL] The Scart Table

Are you marshals using the scart table from marshals handbook? I used it a 
little in the beginning, but when that usually ended up with one player 
getting some new phobia each session I quickly stopped using it and startet 
to improvise instead. In the group I'm GM'ing at the moment there is 
actually one character with 1d6 in guts. Needless to say he fumbles alot, 
and I'm running out of good ideas on what to do with him (he's on the brink 
on diggin' himself a hole and stay there though, so that's working out as 
it should, but still). Have anyone made themself a new table, do you wing 
it like me, or do you use the table in the book?
