First of all, nope(20th level characters with ambidexterity have 5 attacks).
Second, it already happened. I had a 16th level party of eight (armed with
thousands of dollars worth of mad science weaponry and armor) ambush him,
and they had the gall to claim that he should have died after the first
round of shots due to massive damage (yes I know harrowed can't die from
massive damage). Sure he took four of them with him, but I think stone
should have been able to take them all out.

Okay, I checked what I did in Way o the Dead again and
I can't see how you think Stone is any more easy to
kill here than in original DL. You don't think any
Harrowed powers, all weapon proficiencies, 4 attacks
at 1d20+23, and Ambidexterity is bad enough? We don't
even list his hit points or any other parts of the
character.

Go ahead and make a badass posse. I guarantee that
Stone won't be going down anytime soon.
