One key issue in dealing with werewolves in Deadlands it the Garou's haterd
for the wyrm. Ghostrock absolutely screams of wyrm taint as well as most
abominations and mad science inventions. They would also probably try ti
destroy Salt lake city.

And for the record, 'Werewolf: The Apocalypse' style Werewolves can be 
interesting in a Deadlands game, especially if you play with the 
Werewolf mythology in the proper way. I ran a fun adventure for hoE 
using these rules: A single Garou nearly trashed the party Templar 
(because the group shot first, instead of asking questions) but in the 
end they now have a favor from him.
