Well, son, basically ghost rock appears in quantities (and locations) the 
the Reckoners want it to...  frequently in places and quantities that will 
lead to violent conflict over control of the Weird West's greatest mineral 
resource.

And yes, ghost rock does contain souls...  if you check out Hell On Earth 
you'll find that it contains a very specific breed of souls, in fact.

I know that ghost rock is made up of souls but how does it form? Is there 
other places besides America that has ghost rock strikes? Does it have more 
of a chance to form at the site of a large amount of death?
